I have repaired at least 100 of those washing machine circuit boards to earn some money on the side. 99% its the same fault:
-Problem: Washing machine does nothing, like the power is off
-Fault: The primary power supply IC is blown and shorted. Also takes out a 50Ohm fusable resistor.
-Fix: Replace the IC and the resistor. The parts cost around 3 euros!
Why does this still happen? Its not hard to build a low power 12V supply that lasts more than 3 years. Use a damn old transformer power supply if you cant make a reliable switchmode supply. Thousands of perfectly fine washing machines are thrown out every years because nobody does component level electronic repair anymore. The repairman just looks up the price for the entire circuit board, sees 350 Euros and they decide to throw the machine away. The scam is built into every part of the machine, not just the drum!
Tan sencillo como fabricar la cruceta que sujeta el bombo de la lavadora al eje de un material que se degrada en 6 años. Visto en mi propia casa. Es curioso, pero la cruceta, además de ser una pieza básica, está en una posición que resulta casi invisible, aunque quites la tapa. El bombo impuloto, el eje perfecto, pero la pieza (cruceta) que une ambos deshecha. 70€ de cruceta nueva, por cierto, imposible conseguirla en acero, solo las fabrican del mismo material de mierda, y otros 4 años de lavadora. Era una AEG
#1 No solo diseñar para que se rompan, las diseñan también para que a una persona normal le sea casi imposible de reparar.
Todavía me acuerdo cuando tuve que desmontar TODA la secadora para quitar un monstruo de pelusa de un sensor en un depósito intermedio que bloqueaba el funcionamiento.. cuando se podía haber puesto una ventanita en un lateral para tener acceso.
Los laterales estaban cogidos entre ellos, con 6 tipos diferentes de tornillos..

Todavía me acuerdo cuando tuve que desmontar TODA la secadora para quitar un monstruo de pelusa de un sensor en un depósito intermedio que bloqueaba el funcionamiento.. cuando se podía haber puesto una ventanita en un lateral para tener acceso.
Los laterales estaban cogidos entre ellos, con 6 tipos diferentes de tornillos..
PD: al volverla a montar me sobraron 4 tornillos
