#5 O no.

On the one hand, this is a good look at the way women and women's bodies are treated in the media. But on the other hand, Cassey herself actively demeans fat people on a regular basis and is one of the worst body shamers I know of within the fitness community. She has a really bad attitude surrounding weight loss and fitspo.
Here are just a few examples that I rounded up:
She made a ridiculously insulting blog post about the Honey Boo Boo family that demeaned and stereotyped fat people. It included sentences like “Fat is just a result of what you haven’t done to take care of your body” and “ Seeing the morbidly obese mom continually feeding herself and her children toxic food kills my soul so badly.”
She then “apologized” for that post, but not really. Her subsequent comments were all justifications for her behavior, saying things like “None of my business? Pshhh. All of my business.“
She’s talked in-depth about obesity and is openly disrespectful to fat people, often saying that they act like victims and are inherently unhealthy. In one of her posts, she says that obese people are abnormal and there’s something wrong with them, and she denies that fat people can suffer from anorexia. She implies that fat people inherently don’t eat well and don’t exercise, and that the existence of the internet means that there is never an excuse not to educate yourself about health-related matters.
When she launches her line of clothing, Cassey also refused to use larger models, or even a more diverse set of models. She justified it by saying “We all strive to represent fit, active, healthy people who work hard to look the way we do and feel the way we do. Let me make this clear too: We are not here to represent the “average woman”. Nope. Because I don’t want to be average.” This apparently doesn’t include anyone over a size 2.
And in general, Cassey uses a lot of disrespectful and objectifying names for fat body parts, like “Muffin top” and “saddlebags.” Her workouts include a lot of spot reduction nonsense that demonizes women who carry around fat on certain parts of their bodies. The way that she refers to them is pretty gross.
Girl's got a lot of issues with cultural appropriation, enforcing diet culture by using sites like Diet Bet and the like (all while complaining about how her 120 pound weight was outrageous), and worshiping at the altar of "clean" eating that often includes the lowest number of calories possible. But if we're only talking about body shaming here, I won't go into that much more.
