uploading image into mysql database then displaying it

To upload image to the database first you should be able to get form data using scripting language. When dealing with images, you can either save them in a folder or insert in the database. Make sure the images are saved in a blob column,

Please do not use the database to save images, pdfs or any kind of files unless is strictly necessary.

Save files in folders and save the filename in the database.

I have seen it happening many times. Large companies i have worked with save images in there database. Though i prefer saving in folders too.
