Un manual de la OTAN marcado como "restringido", que contiene palabras clave, códigos, coordenadas y radiofrecuencias para ejercicios militares que se realizan actualmente en Escocia fue enviado por correo electrónico a pescadores y operadores de transbordadores escoceses, reporta 'Sunday Herald'.
