Evidentemente, lo que está mal es la ley. Por suerte en Europa están dando dura batalla contra las patentes de software. En Latinoamérica, sin embargo, muchos no están al tanto de que el ALCA (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/ALCA) significaría "heredar" el sistema de patentes de los EE.UU.
Por eso, la única solución a este problema es que las patentes de software no existan.
