		<description><![CDATA[<p>¿Alguien sabe por qué los quesos parmesanos se hacen tan grandes? Luego son muy difíciles de manipular y lo único que puedes comprar son trozos, que se conservan peor que si fueran quesos enteros de un tamaño normal.<br />
<br />
Aprovecho para recomendaros una receta de nivel ultra-fácil, accesible hasta para un meneante medio: ensalada de rucula con virutas de parmesano, chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen y sal (las virutas de parmesano salen muy bien usando un pelapatatas). Está muy buena y da un toque sofisticado a cualquier cena que déis en casa. <br />
