		<description><![CDATA[<p>Se me ocurre otra razón: la gente duerme las mismas horas, o poco más, pero se levanta sin prisas y con unos minutos para ellos mismos antes de ir al trabajo, es decir, se reduce el estrés. Justo lo contrario de lo que ocurre al adelantar el reloj, donde muchos, o se levantan más tarde por error, lo que provoca estrés, o realizan sus tareas rutinarias más lentamente al estar despiertos cuando deberían dormir, lo que nuevamente los retrasa y estresa.</p><p>&#187;&nbsp;autor: <strong>Rumpelstiltskin</strong></p>]]></description>
