Lo que debería regir nuestro comportamiento es la educación, que no es más que el arte de conseguir que los que te rodean estén a gusto.<br />
Abrir la puerta a alguien, ceder el asiento... es educación, muestra respeto por los demás.<br />

Pero como siempre, la clase alta pudre todo lo que toca, y se inventa normas ridículas y casi imperceptibles no para que los demás estén cómodos, sino para desenmascarar a los &#34;intrusos&#34;, los que no son &#34;nobles&#34; (ricos) de nacimiento: atentos a si estira el meñique al coger una taza, si eleva el plato al coger la sopa, si se equivoca de tenedor... eso no son normas de &#34;educación&#34;, aunque nos las quieran vender como tales. Si acaso de educación clasista.<br />
Y mojar el churro en chocolate, obviamente tampoco es de maleducados. Y el protocolo para quien quiera respetarlo, que después bien que admiran a quien es capaz de saltárselo.
