Lástima que pasara inadvertido aquí pues era un buen punto de partida para el debate.
Como dice #21, ésto es solo un juicio a la tripulación. Lo que ocurrió aquellos días, con el Gobienrno minimizando las consecuencias o, directamente, mintiendo, y los miles de voluntarios para limpiar las playas llegando de todo el país siendo (gracias a tus odiados Nunca Mais) insultados ("primos dos batasunos") por los mismos que ahora celebran la sentencia, se nos escapa de este meneo. De hecho, me parece muy irónica la postura de la caverna mediática cebándose en Nunca Mais, cuando aquellos fueron los primeros en echar todas las culpas del suceso al capitán del Prestige.
Tendremos mas situaciones parecidas con la sentencia del caso Bárcenas, con bochornosos titulares y rasgamiento de vestiduras incluidos.

En fin, lo que iba a decir es que en parte estoy de acuerdo contigo, la justicia es complicada y es muy posible que si los jueces dictaron la sentencia que se dictó es porque no cabía otra posibilidad. Así que lo único que podemos hacer es legislar de cara a futuro.

Sin embargo, en la parte que no estoy de acuerdo contigo es porque se podría entender que ahora que hay sentencia todo el mundo tendría que callarse y acatar. Y nos olvidamos que la ley es simplemente eso, una ley y todo lo que ella conlleva, pero hay leyes muy injustas, y hasta los regímenes dictatoriales tienen leyes. No son algo incuestionable, ni algo de lo que por lo menos no podamos disentir.

Que luego hay muchas opiniones gratuitas, pues sí, en lo que a mi respecta me parece inadmisible que nadie sea responsable por lo que pase, quizás no culpable, pero tiran mierda en kilometros de costa y de mar, y nadie fue, y nadie sabía nada.

Básicamente, la sentencia dice que no hay una causa concreta que provocara el hundimiento, y que no está demostrado que hacer algo diferente de lo que se hizo hubiera cambiado las cosas. Vaya que los "peritos" no se pusieron de acuerdo.
La sentencia también denuncia el caos de la organización del rescate y la falta de consenso entre la comunidad científica para tomar una decisión pero:
-Se estaba juzgando al barco y su tripulación, no al Estado.
-El error está en todo el proceso en sí mismo, empezando por las acusaciones entorpeciéndose entre sí.
