Se especifica el referer al que quieres bloquear, así que sólo privas a los que se aprovechan del hotlinking sin dar crédito al autor. No es un bloqueo general sino que se especifica por sitio, a los que sí cumplen las normas se les sigue sirviendo la imagen.
