Anda. Pues el informe de la OCDE publicado hoy (www.oecd.org/edu/EAG2012 - Country note - Spain.pdf) dice justo lo contrario: "In Spain, 45% of young people have attained a higher educational level than their parents (compared with 37% for the OECD average) and only 6% have attained a lower educational level
than their parents (compared with 13% for the OECD average). This positive intergenerational mobility is even greater for young women in Spain: young women are at least 10 percentage points (50% for young women compared with 40% for young men) more likely than young men to attain a higher educational level than their parents did."

Se arreglaba eliminando los colegios privados y concertados de un plumazo.
