#4#2 Si y no. Primero porque las compañías no sería nada sin los artistas. Y segundo porque estos tienen sus propios derechos. Igual, por ejemplo que en el caso de los futbolistas o pilotos, el equipo tienen unos ciertos derechos sobre el material donde aprece tal jugador (fotos de grupo, eventos) y el jugador tiene sus propios derechos de imagen con los que negocia (anuncios, patrocinadores personales).
El video puede ser propiedad de la compañia, supongo que si. La voz o la imagen de la cantante, lo normal es que no.
Pero quitando esas cuestiones legales absurdas. Es de cajón que si es el canal oficial de un artista, que la compañía lo elimine, son ganas de:
Perder publicidad gratuita.
Desmejorar su imagen de cara al público.
Enemistarse con el artista.
